Robert "Buddy" Cronin —President/Estimator

Buddy has been with the firm since 1984 and is responsible for much of the success of the company. After spending many years in the field providing supervision and journeyman electrician duties, he moved into the office to provide estimating services. Buddy currently utilizes a state of the art program to provide our customers with quality, accurate estimates. Buddy has also provided many years of service to the community as a volunteer fireman and city councilman. Buddy enjoys spending time with his family.

Field Leadership Team:

Robert Haukaas - Lead Journeyman

Robert joined our firm in 1994. Robert works primarily on light commercial projects and excels at conduit work, control wiring, and commercial service work. Robert is currently our lead journeyman for field operations. When Robert gets away from work, he enjoys spending time hunting, fishing or golfing.

Shaun Cronin - Journeyman

Shaun worked for us from 2001 to 2004.  He returned after 6 years during the summer of 2010.  Shaun works on all types of projects.  When Shaun is not hard at work, he is spending time with his family.

Branden Malsam- Journeyman

Branden came back to work for Nystrom in 2020 after moving away for a short time to Philip with his wife.  In his free time he enjoys spending time with his 2 children and family.
