Optimize Your Grain Storage!

"The GRAINSIGHT system turns your bin into an effective piece of equipment that modernizes your grain storage operation. Discover for yourself why GRAINSIGHT is the future of grain storage management." This is a quote from the Grainsight website:  http://www.grainsight.com/

What is 'intelligent motor control'?

Simply put, it's the smart way to manage aeration fans.

  • Efficiently manages up to four fans per bin.
  • Analyzes fan behavior on start-up and monitors amperage while running for true overload protection.
  • Works with both single and three phase power to guard against costly catastrophic failures.
  • Resarts fans after a power outage - saves you time and keeps fans running.
  • Manages fan starts per hour, avoiding dangerous motor overheating and electrical system overload.
  • Logs fan run-times and number of starts, letting you know when it's time to schedule maintenance.
  • Sends text and email alerts when problems are detected, minimizing downtime.

Nystrom Electrical Contracting, Inc. Sponsors for a Great Cause!

Thursday, July 20, 2017
Nystrom Electrical Contracting, Inc. sponsored me, one of their employees, to participate in the “Longest Day Ever” event at the Beck Motor Company in Pierre, SD on June 21, 2017.  It was all for a GREAT CAUSE:  To raise money for Alzheimer’s, a disease that affects almost every family one way or another.
The event consisted of taking laps on kid’s trikes (yes, I said, kids!).   Gerry, my husband, who works at Beck Motors, and I completed 50 laps on the trikes.  I have to admit there was a little “spousal” competition on the track, but we had fun!
I want to THANK my employers, John and Deann Nystrom, for sponsoring me, and Beck Motors for putting on this great event!  With business like these, how can the Pierre/Ft. Pierre community lose?
